IT Application Management Sr Analyst - Product Connectivity IOT & Telemetry

Troubleshoot low to critical technical problems in Production within acceptable service levels.
Utilize internal resources and teammates to investigate technology and comprehend procedures
Monitor and react to output from tools and systems and apply this information to process improvement projects.
Participate in root-cause analysis of technical incidents and develop support plan to avoid recurring incidents/production issues.
Strong debugging experience with Java/J2EE technologies, including Spring (Spring Framework and Spring Boot), Hibernate, Web Application/Web Services with JBoss & WebSphere, Restful Webservices, etc.
Able to use advanced debugging techniques including analysis of heap/thread dump files, tracing, and performance tuning and monitoring
Experience in REST, SOA, Pub-Sub, and microservice architectures as well as proficiency with Unix/Linus
Experience in one or more relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.
Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors and fluency in English.
Good knowledge in monitoring systems like Catchpoint, Splunk, Zabbix, Riverbed, etc.
ITIL Foundation or higher.
Multi disciplinary skills in IT environment (Infrastructure, Application, Development Lifecycle) and Product Management x Agile Environment.
