We’re skilled in analyzing the customer’s business goals, objectives, needs and general business environment to create technical system solutions. Our expertise includes integrating hardware, processes, methodologies and software into the customer environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with a talented group of developers, architects, product owners, to deliver innovative, high quality products and solutions on a foundation of architectural excellence.

  • Identify automation opportunities across multiple domains.

  • Develop high quality code that will bring automation across several disciplines of our Dell Digital organization.

  • Use Agile & modern software development practices including automated unit testing, automated integration testing, DevOps, CICD, IaaC and other practices.

  • Participate on the design and architecture of the solution.

  • Works with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical application or configuration solutions.

  • Troubleshooting production issues.

  • Contribute to bring innovative functionality that will improve our products by joining hackathons and other innovation practices and leveraging state of the art technologies such as AI, ML, RPA and others.

  • Maintain a strong culture of innovation, creativity, and fun.

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in complex software development

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with proven experience interacting with a range of personalities and styles, to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Strong technical background, and understanding in the next generation reference architectures and solutions to enable business strategies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures

  • Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming & concepts. Experience in .NET (experience with .NET core would be a plus), C# programming language OR Strong Java programming and J2EE technologies skills

  • Experience with automated tests, including automated unit testing, functional testing and integration testing. Experience with TDD and BDD disciplines would be a plus.

  • Experience with database and SQL

  • Experience in implementing RESTful APIs, micro services and Design Patterns

  • Able to manage competing demands, multiple priorities, while remaining adaptable and flexible

  • Understanding of IT constraints and the ability to negotiate to a positive program outcome is required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience on SCRUM/Kanban methodology and operation in an AGILE development environment

  • Understanding and experience with: CI/CD & DevOps, Git/GitLab, dependency injection

  • Experience with other programming languages such as Java & Python

  • Knowledge on Cloud Native applications
