In Sales Compensation Operations we take charge of the calculation of commission and incentive award payments to sales personnel. We’re tasked with developing, implementing, communicating and administering sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas. We also analyze sales performance results, prepare commission expense reports and provide presentations and recommendations for sales or finance management.
Guarantee the proper setup, calculation and reflection of variable salary incentives to our North America sales makers, guaranteeing accurate and on-time commission payments
Support sales makers on potential questions related to their attainment, visibility, training etc
Build relationships with key support areas (Finance, Business Operations, HR etc) and sales leaders within the supported organization
Drive enhancements/productive projects aligned with the Team's mid and long-term vision
Strong Communication skills
2+ years at least of prior professional experience
Advanced excel skills

The Sales Compensation analyst will work across various segments in North America, including:
