IT Product Management Senior Advisor

To drive innovation in Dell Technologies' product development, we need forward-thinking people on our IT Product Management team. What you'll achieve

As an IT Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of IT Products, Project, and Portfolio activities, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative and cross-functional team focused on making significant business impacts.

You will:

  • Have full ownership of the product, develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap that brings together various applications (each serving a unique purpose) into a unified customer/business user experience by correctly positioning each application as part of an end-to-end experience that improves usability and productivity

  • Leads a team to discover and deliver a product that creates measurable value for the company and users.

  • Be the Technical authority in the product guiding the product teams and providing updates on development progress and technical issue resolution to the upper management for software/infrastructure related enhancements and issues for product connectivity teams.

  • Build relationships and effectively communicate to work cross-functionally with application owners, stakeholders, and various levels of seniority to articulate a shared vision and strategy

  • Interact with business partners and respective stakeholders, and technical teams to define and deliver new and innovative solutions and products and drive improvements to exist connectivity & telemetry platforms and products

Essential Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in a Product and Project Management role

  • Experience as a Product Owner for at least three years for a software development team with the ability to facilitate discussions that drive progress and conclude with executable goals

  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.

  • Strong leadership skills for driving and collaborating with cross-functional groups. Ability to present both strategic and technical concepts to various audiences

  • Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Computer Science, System Information or related and fluent English skills.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in applying design thinking methodologies

  • Data analysis and ability to build/track measurable product key performance indicators
