Responsible for the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers.
Interfaces with and supports both internal and/or external customers. Researches customer problems and delivers solutions.
Completes order requirements, and checks the price and quantity of each item listed.
May facilitate an order audit and quality control process. Liaises with cross-functional teams to drive velocity, backlog management and frictionless rate.
May drive order processing efficiencies or sales operations process improvements through various projects.
Completes and maintains customer records per business controls. May maintain account online product and service offerings.
Oversees the Order Management workflow to ensure highest quality and productivity in processing of orders
Trains individuals within the group on systems and policies and procedures Drives team goals through the coordination of work
Assists the team in resolving the more complex issues Works on complex order entry projects, rollouts, on-line and services Involved in support type functions, stats, documentation of policy and procedures, reporting and research, and occasional order entry.
May be involved in, workflow distribution and quota assignments
Utilizing a variety of well-developed organizational and project management skills, incumbent is responsible for providing sales order process support and reporting reconciliation for a defined sales territory (s).
Uses sound judgment, in the application of general business principles and demonstrates initiative in carrying out assigned duties.
Achieves a high degree of familiarity with and in-depth knowledge of field and corporate operational systems, processes and policies.
