What you’ll achieve
As a Financial Operations Advisor , you will be responsible for resolving licensing, provisioning and invoicing issues on direct customer accounts. You will work with Boomi's finance, sales, sales operations, support and success organizations.
You will:
Manage customer account changes
Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning some aspects of Boomi's SaaS platform
Own customer cancellations
Assist in customer subscription change orders
Manage certain SaaS metric reporting including churn and downgrades
