Financial Operations Advisor

What you’ll achieve

As a Financial Operations Advisor , you will be responsible for resolving licensing, provisioning and invoicing issues on direct customer accounts. You will work with Boomi's finance, sales, sales operations, support and success organizations.

You will:

• Manage customer account changes

• Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning some aspects of Boomi's SaaS platform

• Own customer cancellations

• Assist in customer subscription change orders

• Manage certain SaaS metric reporting including churn and downgrades

• Salesforce.com experience

• Ability to maintain case SLA targets

• Process focused and detail oriented individual

• Propose and adapt to process changes

Desirable Requirements

• Salesforce CPQ experience

• Netsuite experience

• Case management background
