What you’ll achieve

As a Global Functions Privacy Accountability Program Manager, you will lead the program management office that oversees Dell’s privacy accountability program and operational privacy practices maturity framework, which supports Dell’s Privacy Vision and strategic priorities. Reporting to Dell’s Chief Privacy Officer, you will implement privacy compliance program strategic priorities and ensure that Dell operates within the law, and provide guidance on privacy matters. This will include ensuring that all business processes, projects, applications, systems, processes, and data exchanges are in accordance with Dell’s Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy, Procedures and Standards, and applicable privacy laws.

You will:

  • Create and run the accountability processes and meetings

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams and other key stakeholders to plan and develop scope to drive stakeholder alignment on enterprise privacy accountability program strategic priorities

  • Establish and implement measures to track and report on enterprise privacy accountability assurance.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to report on functions progress status to achieving their target privacy practices maturity level

  • Oversee and drive accountability within business functions for delivering against Dell Privacy Vision and privacy strategic priorities

  • Support change management activities

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • General working knowledge of foundational requirements of privacy law (such as CPRA and GDPR), industry and regulator privacy accountability best practices (e.g. NIST Privacy and UK ICO Privacy Accountability Frameworks)

  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles

Desired Requirements

  • 8+ years of global privacy compliance program management experience is preferred

  • IAPP CIPM or CIPP certification is a plus
