Location: Remote Georgia U.S.

What you’ll achieve

The HR Analytics & Automation team supports the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of all dashboards and analytical insights for the HR function. In this role you willbe immersed in one of our HR Business Partner function in order to understand the analytical needs oftheDellbusinessit supportsand translatingthat into actionableinsightsforSeniorLeadership.Asa Organizational Analyst you will be responsible for providing direct support to Senior HR Executives as they support business leaders in making decisions as it pertains to Dell team members

You will:

  • Deliver Analytical projects to answer the needs of HR and Business Leadership

  • Design, Develop, and Deploy automated Dashboard solutions

  • Partner with other Org Analyst and the centralized Analytics Team to create efficiencies and scale across HRas it pertains to Human Capital Analytics

  • Work withyourHR Leaderto formulate a suite of analytical tools

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ yrs. industry experience in a large complex global environment

  • DeepAnalytical Mindset

  • Experience working with Sr Executives

  • Tableau Dashboard Development

  • Strong Consulting andproblem-solvingskills

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience analyzing and providing insights around Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

  • WorkdayHCM knowledge
