The Portfolio Performance Management (PPM) team is part of the GTM motion. The PPM team plays a crucial role in offer launches and sales enablement by assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities, and developing strategic initiatives.

What you'll achieve

  • Be an expert advisor to stakeholders on Professional Services – Consulting, Education, Residency.

  • Drive offer performance to goals, execute corrective actions, report on KPIs to executives and stakeholders regularly at varying levels of breadth and granularity

  • Develop a strategic point of view to overcome challenges, improve efficiency and market effectiveness, and accelerate growth by partnering with cross-functional teams to create scalable, repeatable sales & marketing programs.

  • Engage sales teams to ensure they have the knowledge, assets, content, and tools they need to position and sell Professional Services effectively.

Essential Requirements:

  • 12+ years of related experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pricing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, or Sales Strategy and Planning teams or other relevant roles

  • Ability to establish and manage your business to a set of key metrics and goals as well as working well with Sales and Product managers

  • Has a proven record as a decisive, action-oriented individual who led cross-functional global teams to define and achieve high-value objectives.

  • Manage multiple priorities as an independent, self-starter with excellent time management within a rapidly evolving business.

  • Should possess a highly effective interpersonal style and strong analytical skills Has demonstrated ability to create and present executive-level presentations.

Desirable Requirements:

  • MBA

  • 5+ years experience in a Strategy Consulting or Product Management role

  • Working knowledge of Consulting, business model with an excellent understanding of markets, customer/user requirements, and Dell competitors

  • Understand macro-business economics and build actionable plans and prioritize in highly matrixed environments.
