What you’ll achieve
As a Security Solution Manager, you will work with exciting new service programs to ensure more secure and resilient managed services solutions. You will align service programs with Dell’s policies, standards, and resources ensuring proper security controls are included. Collaborating with core program team members, you will incorporate customer security and trust into every service program.
Support multiple programs in Dell Services New Service Introduction pipeline
Provide and support technical program management on offer security, including the automation of program requirements and preparation of program reports and updates
Define requirements for program Product Requirement Document (PRD) and functional plan security
Deliver security training to program and product managers
Assist in the creation of customer-facing content

Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
6+ years of technical program management
2+ years experience with security programs
Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Comfortable working in remote situations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity or a related field of study with 8+ years of related experience; or equivalent relevant experience
Cybersecurity experience is a plus
Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) and/or Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Experience with aaS or managed services is preferred
