What you’ll achieve
Build, drive and grow customer facing programs that aids future product development.
As a Customer Insights Program Manager, you will report into the Product Strategy & Market Insights team in the Dell Technologies Services Product Group. The mission for this role is to build, drive and grow large-scale global customer programs that collect and analyze customer insights for future product roadmap development. Activities include program design, customer research, product testing, customer sentiment analysis and developing insights on customer needs, barriers, use cases and personas to define the next generation of services products.

In this role, you will be empowered to own and drive end-to-end programs to assist product owners in building an innovative product roadmap.
Design, plan, and execute customer focused programs to ensure Dell Technologies Services is fulfilling the product promise to the customer
Define and facilitate qualitative and quantitative customer research based on stakeholder requirements
Evaluate customer sentiment and present meaningful insights to influence product roadmaps
Responsible for managing stakeholder priorities, setting clear expectations of research objectives and program deliverables
Deliver actionable insights via storyboards to a wide executive audience
12-15 years of professional Technology Industry experience in Customer Insights, Research, Field Marketing, or Program / Product Managementwith a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or commensurate experience
Expert in customer research & insights with experience building and driving large scale customer focused programs
Ability to work independently to execute and solve complex ambiguous problems
Organizational agility with stellar communication & influencing skills at the executive level
Robust program management skills including prioritizing deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to hit program milestones
Experience conducting and designing qualitative (e.g. focus groups, in-depth interviews, observation) and quantitative (e.g. surveys, experimentation, statistical studies) primary research
Market research agency experience in the technology space
