What you’ll achieve
Directly support Dell Services Portfolio Organization as Services Design engineer for the Infrastructure and Cloud line of business. You will work with a large number of Service Delivery SME, product managers and developers to define, document and plan the go to market readiness of new service offerings.
Create services blueprints by analyzing offer/product requirements defined by product managers
Conduct workshops with cross-functional leads to document & develop business processes, workflow diagrams along with system controls/policies. All artifacts in support of the development of the new services
Establish KPI goals/objectives that ensure measurements and controls of the processes & experience delivered
Identify technology and experience gaps on current state processes and drive requirements that ensure vision of the NorthStar design
Prepare and deliver executive updates across functional groups and stakeholders on program design summaries, status, and needs including risk / gap identification

5-8+ years of professional experience in a design consultancy or equivalent position, w/12+ total years of relevant professional experience
Proven experience at design thinking/human-centered design/ facilitation of cross-functional workshops focused on process design / customer journeys / design sprints
Knowledge on driving dependencies and drafting requirements for new capabilities and technology teams
Skills & experience in structuring and visualizing journey maps, service ideation, concept communication and writing requirements & specification for technology teams & developers
Process Engineering experience (+8-10 Years) with Process Re-Engineering a plus (BPMN Language fluency and/or ARIS process tool knowledge)
Knowledge of agile & other new product development approaches and techniques.
Ability to coordinate, plan cross- functional activities and communicate clear details with the Project Manager of an assigned program
Experience within the Service Delivery industry
Strong competency in storytelling and influence decisions; comfortable explaining ideas to stakeholders and ideate best means to present results
