Dell Financial Services (DFS) is the captive financing arm within Dell Technologies and provides a full range of financing and flexible consumption-based solutions to support digital transformation and to enable our customers to migrate to the latest technology when they need it.

By working with the Direct Sales Team and our Channel Partners you will develop new accounts for DFS as well as driving expansion across existing customers to build sustainable sales results in the Enterprise space. Our DFS solutions allow you to address all customer needs in our ICT industry and enable you to grow the DFS pen rate within your client base.

What you’ll achieve

As an Enterprise Account Executive for Dell Financial Services , you will be responsible for achieving your sales targets and other relevant business objectives within the assigned end customer portfolio. You will work with the Dell Technologies sales community to develop solutions which will meet our customer´s expectations to support digital transformation and the migration to our latest technology. The DFS product portfolio includes a broad range of payment and lease solutions up to “on Demand” and “as-a-Services” products and allow you to offer customized solutions for our clients.

You will:

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements

  • Gain DFS share of wallet/spend across Dell’s portfolio of technology solutions; server, storage, networking, software, security and managed services

  • Manage territory/accounts, including account planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations

  • Customarily and regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties

  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, complex sales opportunities

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience selling technology financing solutions where you were recognized as a top performer

  • World-class customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers’ business and the growth of Dell

  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems

  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and able to provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CIO/CXO leadership and next 2 levels down

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Successful equipment financing sales specialist with a proven track record, ideally in the ICT industry.

  • Knowledgeable to serve direct transaction as well as indirect business through Channel partners


Depending on the current circumstances you will start with an onsite or remote onboarding program followed by training on the job, supported by an experienced sales mentor.
