What you’ll achieve
Dell’s eCommerce route to market, engagement and customer support is every bit as sophisticated as our ground-breaking products. When customers choose Dell they immediately have access to a broad portfolio of eCommerce solutions from local, regional and global web-interface store shopping to B2B and EDI integrations. Our professionals have the answers. The APJ Online Business teams provide outstanding proactive engagement, training, connectivity and technical support. Delivering the latest eCommerce developments, they can deliver the Dell Premier and PremierConnect solution to any public or corporate entity, enabling product configuration, procurement customization and more. Once enabled at a customer site, the team delivers outstanding support. Leveraging advanced diagnostic techniques, they identify complex problems, investigate causes and recommend perfect solutions.
Lead the Asia-Pacific Japan Medium Business eCommerce team delivering a strong increase in online active customers, transactional and revenue growth
Lead the APJ Merchandizing team, activities, procedures and workflows
Own product availability and accuracy through Brand Managers and Product Data teams and liaise closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to best position and deliver to customers
Oversee and develop best practice eCommerce store availability, content, offers, coupons and messaging and position for Marketing-led Demand Generation activities
Establish and execute KPIs and pivotal methodologies against strategic plans and objectives; subsequently devise and report business outcomes to regional and global executive teams
Participate in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people
Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements
Develop local and regional Business Management Systems for optimum team efficiency and customer excellence and deliver within aligned cadence
Build, nurture and sustain teams in regional hubs to solution, deliver and accelerate quality eCommerce solutions
Ensure that customers are treated with highest degree of respect and drive operational excellence through quality engagements throughout the customer life-cycle

Significant leadership experience delivering eCommerce to large corporate networks
Gifted, caring, dedicated and focused People Manager. Excellent communications skills and be in position to work under pressure with calmness and composure.
Outstanding, polished executive interaction and presentation skills
Proven experience in successfully managing diverse teams at regional level balancing geographic, cultural and language needs
Strong customer orientation, excellent business etiquette and an excellent work ethic to meet the highest standards of customer engagement
Strong preference for multi-lingual talent
Highly educated and qualified in related field(s)
