What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Presales Solutions Architect, you are a solution-oriented person who shows a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and Hybrid Cloud approaches in combination with business applications. You are a trusted technology advisor for customers and regularly engage with customer’s IT leaders and technical as well as financial decision makers to assess requirements and address business objectives with DELL TECHNOLOGIES solutions
The Senior Presales Solution Architect shows a deep understanding of DELL TECHNOLOGIES and competitive technology as well as business applications. As a trusted technology advisor for customers the candidate regularly engages with customer's senior management and IT leaders to assess major business operations and address business objectives with DELL TECHNOLOGIES solutions.
As part of the sales team, you will develop and implement specific account penetration strategies and technical sales plans (typically in complex enterprise or highly critical accounts)
You are the go-to person to conduct customer needs and analyze requirements to build the fundament for solutions and anticipate requirements beyond existing solution’s scope
You will lead the development of responses to highly critical, large scale customer requests
Use your experience to architect and document sophisticated solutions and services by leveraging the DELL TECHNOLOGIES portfolio to meet customer objectives
Delivering impactful presentations to C-level stakeholders is a corner stone for the success
Maintain and extend your knowledge of DELL TECHNOLOGIES as well as competitor’s solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections

Deep understanding of Cloud operations and Hybrid/Multi Cloud use cases
You are very well experienced in data center technologies including CI/HCI infrastructure, storage, server, network, DR/Business Recovery best practices, operation etc. (ideally with solutions from Dell Technologies)
You have a very good know-how in VMware virtualization and SDDC solutions
As a presales, you have gained a good understanding of Dell Technologies’ data center technology and cloud solutions competitors
You are passionate about delivering inspiring presentations to all levels of your client's IT organization and C-level audiences
You are a self-motivated and proactive individual and understand the importance of a strong sense of urgency as demonstrated by your ability to drive customer demand
You have at least 7-10 years of related sales and technical experience
Language requirements: French (native) and English
