Dell Analyst, IT Application Management in George Town, Malaysia
The candidate will manage the DCS Application Support, drive Customer Experience, Operational Excellence and Support Objectives.
Leading a team to achieve operational improvement through managing domain KPI’s (SLA, KB, Backlog and task prioritization).
Working closely with global team, cross functional team and driving initiative globally in IT Ops space.
Strong leadership, communication & technical skills. Organizational and prioritization skills a must.
Ability to manage cross functional relationships in global environment.
Business knowledge in Dell Commercial Service (DCS) space will be an added advantage.
Some substantial knowledge in troubleshooting tools like OPnet TTW, OPnet ARX, Splunk & SquaredUp will be an added advantage.
Bch Degree in IT related background of studies.
Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in IT Applications Support or IT Operations.
Ability to self-motivated and work in an environment that focus in rapid services delivery and customer satisfaction.
Excellent experience in incident management and service delivery with track record of delivering good results.
Experience working with global counter parts/customers will be an added advantage.
ITIL Foundation V3 Certified preferred
