Dell CSB Adobe Campaign Application Admin (I7) in George Town, Malaysia

The Adobe Campaign Application Admin position is based in Malaysia and will responsible for product administration, stewardship and guidance to teams who are involved in developing campaigns and other marketing channel communications on Dell’s Adobe Campaign platform at all stages of the cycle. Thorough understanding of the entire marketing process with good understanding of the overall campaign lifecycle. Must bring Strong experience in Adobe Campaign and should have extensive experience in Solutions, Implementation and Troubleshooting. Effectively research, record, and maintain on-going knowledge of best practices for product usage in all areas of functionality.

This individual is expected to help build out a Adobe Campaign practice within the organization that will grow over time.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of total experience of working with multiple Marketing/Business Operations, Marketing Auatomation domain experience

  • Looking for a candidate having a minimum experience of 2-4 yrs on Adobe Campaign. Extensive knowledge of Adobe Campaign Product and should have understanding of all the modules offered with in Adobe Campaign.

  • In-depth knowledge of providing solution w.r.t to integration between Campaign-AEM, Campaign-Analytics, Campaign-Target.

  • Ability to implement Adobe Campaign workflow orchestration, email delivery and implement customization in workflow activities

  • Lead Adobe Campaign requirement discussions both Internal stakeholders and with Vendors/Agency to drive strategies, road mapping and advanced automated campaigns for channels like email, SMS, push notification etc

  • Should have understanding of integrating Adobe Campaign with other products like Salesforce, Sprinklr, etc

  • Experience translating business requirements into functional/business specifications, creating test plans, and developing quality assurance methodologies

  • Background in strong understanding of Marketing concepts, CRM

  • Understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts

  • Interface with reporting & analytics tools like Tableau, Persado, LiveClicker

  • Ensure, monitor, improve execution quality and velocity, controls Compliance

  • Play a key liaison role during technology implementation, providing direction and requirements carity and testing new and enhanced capabilities, prior to release into production

  • Work with IT / Vendors/ Agency teams in developing solutions to business projects, problems and future state Adobe Campaign goals. Ensure that Adobe Campaign are built with right controls from day one.

  • Work with marketing legal to ensure the data collection, usage, and storage compliance. Managing the governance of data access, data usage. Understand and manage the cyber security rules restrictions. Such as GDPR.

  • Work with business users to define capacity planning and change requests

  • Support team efforts, facilitate conflicts resolution, handle escalations and develop sustainable solutions

  • Work with business users to define and enforce SLAs

  • Ensure, monitor, improve execution quality and velocity, controls Compliance
