Manager, Offer Support Services (Night Shift / CST Timezone Support)
Offer Support Services, part of GOPO Global Offer and Product Operation, is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

What you’ll achieve
As an Offer Support Services Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 20 people. Core responsibility will be to support the America's region from a Product Data Operations perspective. That will include team management, communications and process improvements. You will work with organizations such as sales, demand/supply, finance, IT, marketing, engineering and outsourcing partners.
Be responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
Manage long-term operational efficiencies and process improvements in support of revenue targets.
Provide exceptional customer support for product through data through a products life cycle.
Resolve customer issues and escalations by providing punctual and accurate resolution to customer escalated issues.
Assign team members to projects identified by the configuration management organization.Monitor progress of each project, and resolves open issues as they arise

5 to 8 years of related industry experience
Good communication skills, including the ability to influence business stakeholders
- Bachelors degree or equivalent2+ years managerial/leadership experience
