The Custom Services Solution Team is responsible for the co-ordination and creation of custom Statements of Work for our commercial and enterprise customers. Spanning Support, Deploy and Consult lines of business. This position will predominantly focus on our DELL EMC Services and will be supporting the Greater China and Japan region.
Responsible for analysing and translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications and/or process designs for custom solutions to meet customer objectives , via (CSE) Custom Services Engagement and solutioning .
Balances the needs of sales and delivery to design a solution that meets or exceeds the requirements of service delivery.
Tasked with, primarily, single Services LOB engagement opportunities based on their expertise
Uses LOE estimation tools to produce estimates and ensures delivery and distributoin of the detailed SOW developed for pre-sales, solutions principal, and the customer based on requirements
Participates in cross-functional deal construction efforts.
Follows all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modelling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow, documentation and deliverables.
Participates in the construction of financial models that align with custom solution proposals.
Serves as a services subject matter expert to both internal and external customers
Participates or lead in customer presentations at the senior leadership level or higher.
Leads the design of multiple service areas or technologies within a broader services solution; leads overall technical implementation for large and complex engagements.
Leads research, discovery, planning and implementation efforts to improve business processes
Fluent English language capability is a must (spoken and written).
Chinese and Japanese Language proficiency
Ability to deal with constant business transformation.
Strong presentation skills.
Business process improvement skills.
Previous experience in a similar role, or a technical writing role.
Previous experience of writing, or contributing to, Statements of Work
Ability to work effectively with management and to influence others to achieve results.
Advanced understanding of Services-related processes and technologies
Experience of managing complex large-scale implementations
Experience working as part of a leveraged global implementation(s)
Chinese and Japanese Language proficiency .
