Dell Specialist, IT Technical Analysis in George Town, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide professional responsive and quality order services, to support and improve the end-to-end order fulfillment cycle.

  • Ensures that orders are processed accurately and on a timely basis.

  • Manages multiple shared Outlook mailboxes.

  • May handle and resolve more complex customer, sales management and operations department requests or complaints.

  • Responsible for ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered to all internal customers at all times.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.

  • Team player with strong analytical and administration skills lateral thinker.

  • Strong customer service ethic.

  • Self-motivated, can take autonomy for tasks within their responsibility.

  • Strong interpersonal skill can deal with people of all levels.

  • Experience in a client services support role.

  • Strong Microsoft Office and MS business application skills.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing, order management or inventory management processes.
