Talent Acquisition Candidate Experience Team Partner

What you’ll achieve

Our Candidate Experience Team (CET) is responsible for facilitating several business practices to ensure the success of the talent acquisition lifecycle to include interview scheduling, document collection, candidate communication, and some onboarding support. A successful candidate experience team member should be able to engage and build relationships with recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders through various stages of the lifecycle by creating a consistent and exceptional experience. This role requires a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in communicating with candidates, business teams and recruiters from initial candidate contact through the end of the interview and hiring lifecycle.

You will:

  • Manage all logistics of setting candidate interviews and communications using Outlook, Workday, and Smart Sheet

  • Partner with recruiters to ensure candidates are contacted within committed timelines

  • Support candidate travel coordination, expense reimbursement, onboarding activities and relocation initiation of new hires

Essential Requirements

  • High School/GED equivalent with combination of 2 years of Talent Acquisition scheduling, coordination and onboarding experience

  • Ability to follow set processes, policies, and practices to achieve consistency and compliance

  • Successfully lead candidates and hiring managers through Talent Acquisition processes in detail

  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills
