The Marketing Organization Learning & Development (LND) team is the function serving the 3,000 team members of our Marketing organization. We lead the structured development programs and Marketing Academy. We partner with the Recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure top talent is recruited from interns to mid-level and on-boarded successfully. As a goal of supporting the Marketing Organization, the MDP Program Coordinator role is to support the Marketing Development Program and its participants including:

Join us as a Marketing Development Program Coordinator on our Learning & Development team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

You will work directly with Global Program Manager to support the program participants in their talent development in roles and in Program coordination, help drive global expansion of the program and own planning, organizing all logistics, operations and program planning needs. Support the regional business sponsors from a development strategy perspective and engage with curriculum design components and implementations. Coordinate and host multiple training and development program sessions and review and maintain current participant database (current & alumni)

You will:

  • Understand the recruiting and pipeline needs: support the talent identification, forecast, onboarding, communications, graduation placement

  • Coordinate semester talent review calls with managers and regional / site support leads

  • Take a major role in the leadership conferences; Coordinate LND staff meetings for planning and organizing; support logistics needs for leadership conference

  • Review Program documentation and supervise updates; coordinate with LND Comms lead and PMs

  • Maintains current program documentation and ensures database is current

Essential Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in program/project management

  • Displays behaviors in synch with the Dell Culture Code

  • Assists program or process development and implementation and coordinates activities & processes

  • Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to manage the operations of the Program in the Marketing organization

  • Ability to work under general direction; operates independently; works well in a team setting and use considerable judgment and initiative to resolve problems and make choices, decisions or recommendations

Desirable Requirements

  • Possesses broad knowledge of the learning & development field, including possibly some familiarity with Instructional Design methodology and popular learning technologies
