What you’ll achieve
Lead the effort on alliance partnerships, manage and create a Partnership-Centric strategy to create solutions and practice development areas. Provide direction, development, and inspiration to team members. Manage the hiring, staffing, and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce. Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members. Assesses how to integrate the future direction of Dell’s products and services with the future direction of the partner’s products and services to develops a common global strategy Establish regular interlocks across various internal and partner resources on alliance strategy, milestones and projected results. Manages overall design of economics and engagement and is responsible for due diligence in funding tracking and management
Directly manage and lead a field-based team.
Engage with customers to credential Dell EMC in Life Sciences, HCLS Edge, and HCLS Innovation to create new opportunities and drive revenue.
Strategically lead enterprise sales for field organization
Drive strategic account management and pipeline development
Leads team’s business acumen and customer knowledge
Collaborates with other functions to resolve escalations/customer issues quickly

12+ years of relevant experience with at least 4 years of management/leadership experience-within the Life Sciences industry
High level of solutions and technical knowledge
Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
Capacity to influence and engage other internal teams and stakeholders
Highly skilled in leading, motivating and directing a workgroup
- Bachelor’s Degree
