Internal Services Sales Representative - UK Public Sector

Provides pre-sales support to the UK Public sales teams during the sales process. Responsible for driving services attach across the full Support and Deployment services portfolio. The Services Sales Representative will be accountable for growing services revenue across both support and deployment for the full Dell EMC product portfolio and supporting the growth of the APOS business. In addition, they will be responsible for delivering support service solutions that address customer needs of varying complexity (via telephone, web, or e-mail); and working with subject matter experts to address solutions of greater complexity.


  • Increase overall Services revenue and Pen rate within the UK Public Sector

  • Support the SSE’s on a day to day basis; Act as the SME for the ISR/AE’s within Public Sector

  • Increase the attach of the full Dell EMC services portfolio across Public Sector

  • Become best of breed at forecasting and outlook processes for your business

  • Work with the PLM team to implement marketing initiatives, incentives and promos for the Public Sector sales team

  • Effective pipeline management; Provide business updates on a regular basis to all stakeholders as required

  • Operationally support and train Dell EMC Public sector sales teams


  • Excellent Data analytical skills

  • Good knowledge of the sales tools we use including: SFDC, Salesmaker, BMS etc

  • Working knowledge of Public sector and good knowledge of the Dell EMC services portfolio preferred

  • At least 3 years’ experience within a sales environment

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
