Partnering with the segment leadership team as a trusted advisor, the country SSP lead plays a critical role in supporting the development of our high-performance sales teams to ensure superior execution, delivery on commitments and delight to our customer.
Business Planning (IOP) and sales planning, partnering with the BUs and Finance to establish, drive, and measure sales performance outcomes , productivity, capacity, execution plans, and dependencies) at the country level to support AOP delivery.
Go-To-Market (GTM) implementation, supporting the definition and execution of the GTM strategy and plans, including routes to market and effective coverage by segment and BU – e.g., sales performance targets for channel, direct, and online
Medium Business Initiative
Sales Comp and Quota process improvement
SDFC Pipeline Accuracy & Health Programs i.e. Compliance
TMU Program Management
