Key Responsibilities

Partnering with the segment leadership team as a trusted advisor, the country SSP lead plays a critical role in supporting the development of our high-performance sales teams to ensure superior execution, delivery on commitments and delight to our customer.

  • Business Planning (IOP) and sales planning, partnering with the BUs and Finance to establish, drive, and measure sales performance outcomes , productivity, capacity, execution plans, and dependencies) at the country level to support AOP delivery.

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) implementation, supporting the definition and execution of the GTM strategy and plans, including routes to market and effective coverage by segment and BU – e.g., sales performance targets for channel, direct, and online

  • Medium Business Initiative

  • Sales Comp and Quota process improvement

  • SDFC Pipeline Accuracy & Health Programs i.e. Compliance

  • TMU Program Management

  • GTM Planning and Design

  • Regional Change programs

  • Support Enablement programs

  • Respond to VOF input – ie. Smart Pricing issues, Comp communication

  • Run The Business (RTB) activities, driving execution of the sales cadence and business operations, ensuring we meet our financial commitments

  • Successful GTM implementation

  • Standardised Quota and Portfolio management

  • Headcount and Availability

  • Storage BMS and BU interlock

  • One standard BMS & consistent Business Review cadence

  • Quality Account Data Management model

  • Quality Account Churn Management
