Job Description

  • Min 15+ years of relevant work experience, with 8+ years in a management role.

  • Business acumen and ability to engage with Senior leadership and Sales/Account teams

  • Ability to manage P&L portfolio and deliver successfully within the business constraints

  • Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of Service Delivery, Project Management and Basic Accounting principles and practices.

  • Need to comprehend multiple diverse technology requirements across Storage/Backups/ Converged Infrastructure with ease, and relate them to organizational priorities, reflect that in the deliveries and support.

  • Product knowledge and understanding of with Data center environments, spanning servers, storage, backup and network.

  • Prior Experience in Service industry managing diversified customers

  • Experienced in managing diverse portfolio of Implementation & Residency services across different accounts.

  • Managing daily functions within a domain work stream provides support through hiring and training staff, providing system & process training to employees and other groups.

  • Experience and understanding of Resource management, people management, and performance management of 15+ people team.

  • Reporting on service delivery parameters, compliance metrics, and domain and SLA performance.

  • Utilize people skills and available manager tools to critically impact the growth of an individual within the company and career

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills are required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills; able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of product lifecycle, tools, processes, and operations planning.

  • Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance and meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience

  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours and weekends if needed; occasional travel required.

  • Experience with developing budgets and predicting project costs.

  • Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results.
