Sales Operations Analyst - Dell Financial Service
Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

What you’ll achieve
The Sales Operations Analyst will work very closely with the Sales Team to ensure that monthly/quarterly volume targets are met. They will also ensure that documentation is completed and booked correctly within target service level agreements, reflecting the terms and conditions of the underlying contracts, as well as Dell Financial Services’ internal Operations and Finance policies & procedures. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all deals meet local Know Your Customer, anti-money laundering & overall compliance requirements and for liaising closely with local Sales and Credit teams to resolve any documentation, credit, pricing or legal issues preventing booking.
Efficiently handle queries from sales and/or customers and follow through to resolution
Check for customer credit availability and ensure credit lines are in place
Ensure that all deals are fully compliant prior to booking & funding and liaise closely with Internal Compliance team to ensure adherence to all internal & external audit requirements
Work closely with the sales organization to ensure that monthly volume targets are met and play a proactive, leading role in driving documentation management and conversion
Support manager in the development & implementation of business process improvements & efficiency/productivity gains
