Field-based individual contributor responsible for partner relationship, account strategy, partner enablement and funnel pipeline management of channel partner(s) within their account set.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure partners within their account set, or assigned territory, are enabled to effectively position and sell Dell EMC solution.

  • Works with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding pipeline generation activities, sales strategies, and business opportunities.

  • Provides channel partner feedback to the Dell EMC to match market needs with company products and service offerings.

  • Leads partner prioritization of strategic Dell EMC Lines of business and solutions through certification training and enablement.

  • Develops, motivates and coordinates Dell EMC segment sales team, BU and inside Channel sales team to optimize sales execution.

  • Interfaces between the channel partner and Dell EMC teams to manage conflict and ensure that service level agreements are met.

  • Customarily engaged at partner facilities.

  • Responsible for complete Dell EMC portfolio

Qualifications

  • Good oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and leadership

  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelors degree

  • Additional criteria for Outside Sales: Typically requires 5+ years of field sales experience
