Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using physical and virtual meetings, telephone, online tools, and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.

What you’ll achieve

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of medium size customers (app. 300 customers). Together with our supporting team & specialists you will help them in digital transformation bringing customer satisfaction and valuable business outcomes.

You will:

  • Work with customers and partners to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities

  • Be fully responsible for set of medium size accounts in Finland

  • Develop and retain existing customer relationships

  • Work towards revenue and other important sales targets

  • Use in-depth knowledge of company technology, products, and services to become a trusted business advisor for customers and partners

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to understand customers’ business and how Dell can help them to achieve their targets.

  • Excellent team working and communication skills

  • Active, result orientated and strong can-do attitude

  • Organized and good with processes

  • Sales experience (preferably B2B)

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • B2B sales experience
