Deployment, Customer Education, Incident Mgmt via Dell EMC OpenManage Enterprise Installation, configuration and customer education of working with iDRAC and interface to OpenManage Enterprise Integration and Interfacing to VMware vCenter Installation, Configuration, Upgrade and HW Maintenance of PowerEdge Servers Install and Upgrade FW and Drivers in Several OS level and via OpenManage Enterprise Servers Networking (FC, iSCSI, NFS) at customers’ facilities Basic OS Installation and configuration (ESXi, Windows, Linux) Resolved issues at customer sites Automation Scripting
