Dell Inside Sales Representative in Herzliya, Israel

Key responsibilities:

  • Sells DellEMCs products and services, to specified customer/partner segments in alignment with outside sales and responsible for ensuring a positive customer/partner experience.

  • Focuses on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.

  • Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues cross-functionally, to support the sales process.

  • Achieve objectives by acting as a liaison between Dell EMC and its customers providing Dell's range of solutions using outbound calling, consultative techniques to create results for Dell EMC and Dell EMCs partners and customers

  • Maintain good business relationships to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders

  • Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors/partners to acquire new opportunities

  • Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer/partner needs are met and makes decision based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis

Essential requirements:

  • Inside Sales experience: minimum 2 years

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • High Technical knowledge with Good understanding of Client computer technology (Desktops ,Laptops, Workstations and Display screens)

  • Results-oriented team player

  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Teamwork capabilities.

  • Advanced level of English and Hebrew
