Role overview

Services Sales Executive (SSE) is an external sales role. SSE is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing the breadth of Dell services including support, deployment and residency services. Plans, facilitates and conducts negotiations over a sales cycle to reach mid & long-term agreements and commitments. This position reports to CEE Regional Services Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Applies consultative selling skills to develop attractive value propositions for several complex opportunities.

  • Maintains effective customer relationships with key decision makers and influencers in order to understand the customer's requirements, match them with the organization's solutions, and close the deal.

  • Utilizes advanced knowledge of Dells service offerings and understanding of the customer's business to develop customized proposals that present creative solutions that successfully sell the organization's capabilities.

  • Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment or channel.

  • Ensures solution value drivers are reflected in the client value proposition.

  • Collaborates with core sales and delivery teams to ensure that delivery capability matches the proposed solution.

  • Effectively exercises power and influences key decisions for the benefit of Dell and the customer.

Essential Requirements

  • Master’s Degree and 7+ years of relevant sales/technical experience in high tech.

  • Sales and sales pipeline management experience, demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions as well as an ability to develop service solutions for customers.

  • Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships.

  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish, both written and verbal.

  • In-depth knowledge of at least 2 of the following Enterprise Solutions: Storage, Networking, Cloud & Virtualization, Residency services, Enterprise Deployment
