Channel Refresh Global Program Lead, Business Transformation – Modernize the Install Base

GENERAL SUMMARY

The team: The MIB (Modernize the Install Base) Team within Global Business Operations, Business Transformation group, is a Sales Support team dedicated to maximizing revenue from our existing customers. The MIB team manages mining the Install base and creating proactive alerts for Channel Sales relating to upcoming compelling events which can trigger both Transformational and Transaction Technology Refresh sales. The team supports partners in all aspects of Tech Refresh with alerts, opportunities, asset visibility, metrics, holistic account overviews, inspection, reporting and all commercial tools which can support the negotiation.

The role: Experienced Program lead to join the Channel MIB team. The MIB team interacts across multiple functions and is ever evolving to ensure the appropriate focus on the highest revenue generating activities. The Program lead will need to prioritise and manage various initiatives and represent the team on cross functional programmes. This role is also a member of the global management team and a key decision maker in the evolution of the global refresh team going forward.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides cross functional leadership on large scale program(s) that affect organizational long term goals and objectives. Identifies and allocates resources as necessary to ensure program deliverables are met.

  • Develops, defines and leads execution of program(s). Oversees program goals and prioritization setting.

  • Evaluates and recommends techniques and practices that ensure goal achievement. Resolves complex problems anticipates change and redirects efforts as necessary.

  • Communicates program status, readiness, and business issues and risks across organization and to management, including senior management and executives.

  • Influences and manages continuous improvement of program process, practices and initiatives.

  • Strong awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet program delivery requirements.

  • Provides work direction, training and development of team members. Ability to oversee efforts of multiple teams.

  • Builds strong relationships with Channel teams, field sales and the field support organizations.

  • Provides guidance on a regular basis to the Channel DPM (Data Program Management) team

  • Ensures global alignment of Channel Refresh Program processes and policies enforcement

  • Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of time, budget, and quality.
