Partner Services Program Specialist - Hopkinton, MA

Key Responsibilities

Proactively delivers comprehensive, day-to-day partner services enablement support across the Partner ecosystem to enable and accelerate profitable growth for our Partners and Dell EMC.

Drives global consistency and partner delivery performance for global services partners.

Manages and maintains partner services execution at Dell EMC expected standard level or above to enable and accelerate profitable growth.

Supports the Dell EMC partner program with services enablement and delivery, planning and strategy, readiness, communications and resell support.

Coordinate, own, and optimize key partner enablement processes supporting a global Services Partner Helpdesk team.

Supports the Services Partner Helpdesk (non-technical) with any level 2 escalations, exception requests, or deploy and support partner on-boarding requests.

Drives partner satisfaction in order to achieve the total partner experience.

Essential Requirements

Requires a minimum 3-5 years industry experience and 1-2 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.

History of demonstrated successful project/program management driving business change thru process improvement.

Drive for results in ambiguous situations or in starting new programs.

Ability to communicate clearly and comfortable presenting to team leadership.

Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable items.

Desirable Requirements

​Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Familiar with or have worked on process automation tools/solution.

Partner management/channel experience.

Sales and/or non-technical helpdesk experience.
