What you’ll achieve

The Dell Technologies Edge Portfolio team is providing end-to-end solutions for our customers and partners. The advances in IoT are driving more complex and capable edge solutions. Delivering fully integrated offerings to market will be a key part of this role.

As a member of the EPM team, you will be responsible for driving Engineering project activities.

You will:

  • Work with the Edge Engineering teams to plan releases, and then track and manage for success

  • Represent Edge Engineering in cross functional forums to deliver the product to market

  • Coordinate offshore work for a globally distributed organization

Essential Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree

  • Experience delivering SW and Solutions under a formal offer lifecycle process

  • Solid working knowledge of Agile/scrum and related development processes

  • Strong problem-solving skills, proven ability to deal with conflicting options and priorities

  • Ability to clearly and concisely document processes, then apply a continuous improvement mindset

  • Experienced in working in a global, distributed organization. Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones

Desirable Requirements

  • Strong JIRA/Atlassian stack experience

  • Experience with CI/CD

  • Experience in Edge ecosystems

  • Scaled Agile experience
