Principal Duties and Responsibilities

·Provide event management and organizational support for internal engineering/innovation events and take care of participation in external events

·Day to day support of ongoing innovation operation activities and reporting

·Support BUs as needed in the identification, definition, and execution of innovation events in alignment with the GIO scheduled calendar of the events

·Ensure to act as the GIO team representative in the region to create a positive brand on the GIO team activities

·Investigation of the market, inventorying local relevant engineering communities and creating a pipeline of the local engineering activities (align with the global calendar)

·Support Internal communications with /subject matter experts and engineering teams, BU leads in the region aimed to deliver the vision/activities of GIO team and to investigate their expectations

·Prepare or ensure consistency of event recaps/news blocks

·Work with external vendors, maintain documentation as required

·Order Marketing & Branding assets, communicate w/global branding team for consistency as required

·Support collection of innovation efforts as news/videos/blogs for the internal communication globally (LetsTalk Innovation, Innovation kiosk video, etc)

·Budget & expense tracking for relevant ongoing activities within in the region (align with the global budget
