Project Marketing Consultant – Services Marketing

Dell Services Marketing is in the very early phases of a transformation to become a more agile, data-driven test and learn organization. This new Consultant position is a high visibility opportunity for the right leader to help ensure success by acting as the critical liaison between leadership that is sponsoring the change, and team members impacted by it. In addition to overseeing the overall transformation program management, budgeting and reporting, this position also provides the opportunity to own and lead one or more collaborative work streams.

Principles Accountability:

  • Support the SVP of MKT in the identification, development, implementation and realization and operationalizing the Marketing Vision & Mission through the transformation, including business case and road map development.

  • Collaborate with MKT and business leadership on the analysis, design and implementation of a more agile service delivery model focused on ongoing performance improvement, optimization of processes and better leveraging of resources.

  • Lead the development and implementation of a global data management and data governance framework.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and optimize the businesses’ ability to improve people processes and make more informed talent decisions through technology-enabled solutions and access to data and analytics.

  • Manages disparate work streams, reports out on progress and communicates across the organization and defines and monitors project team resources

  • Influences and manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives Identifies and allocates resources as necessary to ensure project/program deliverables are met

  • Evaluates and recommends techniques and practices that ensure goal achievement

  • Must have good communications and interpersonal skills to be able to be able to explain the benefits and implications of change

  • Incorporates targets and performance measurement into every aspect of the project. Comfortable with excel and working with data.
