IT Product Management Senior Advisor/Security, Risk and Compliance

What you’ll achieve

As an IT Product Management Senior Advisor/Security, Risk and Compliance, you will be driving all aspects of IT Project, Program and Portfolio activity, as it relates to Security, Risk, and Compliance. This includes collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments. You will work with internal customers (i.e., Product Managers, Security Teams, Project Managers, and Business Advisors, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget.

You will:

• Own driving the teams security and risk posture

• Coordinate the development and execution of project plans by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and prepare schedules to meet project objectives

• Ensure consistency and adherence to Dell Technologies standards, processes, and policies for all projects

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of project management and compliance experience

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and information technology systems terminology, concepts, and practices

• Prior experience in running Security Control Assessments

• Hands on experience with reviewing the effectiveness of controls over key IT risks, identifying significant exposures, and evaluating control effectiveness

• Experience in comparing the Security posture and performing deep dive analysis of the vulnerabilities

• Knowledge on the Security practices for Education Services, Managed Services and Custom Bid Services applications

• Possess strong knowledge on Risk Mitigation, End of Life strategies

• Working knowledge on Industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC-2

• Experienced in Threat Model creation and tools like Checkmarx, Kenna, HCL ASE, Fortify

• Managing Disaster Recovery planning and execution

• Responsible for Communications, Status Reporting and Dashboards

• Escalating the Critical Issues and Risks

• Collaborate with IT security incident management planning to compliment Cyber Security and exposure to other ITIL processes (Change, Demand, Problem)

• Demonstrated experience using project tracking tools (Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet) and leveraging tools like Tableau

Desirable Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree

• PMP Certification

• ITIL foundation or higher

• Ability to develop data analysis techniques to identify various threats
