From developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, our Direct Sales team transforms opportunity into action every day. Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, the goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operations for regional sales team with responsibility up to $500M

  • Manage team of District Managers within set geography

  • Responsible for sales goal and targets within set geography

  • Drive operating plan and manage team within the area.

  • Maintain and build ongoing KPIs and responsibility for cadence and inspection of personnel and processes

  • Attains team revenue and margin targets

  • Ensures brand values are maintained

  • Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members

  • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce

  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions

  • Responsible for organizing cross functional teams' engagement with accounts

  • Develops strategic objectives for the direct sales organization

  • Develops strategic account management and pipeline across the organization

  • May manage complex or strategically important accounts and/or account teams

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant sales experience

  • 5+ team leadership experience is required with ability to lead and motivate a team.

  • Must be mobile and willing to travel throughout the region

  • Technical aptitude, customer and channel focus

  • Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record working with all levels of management and across multiple and dynamic functional teams.
