Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager in the Operations Team, you will be responsible for driving projects and work streams related to the Remote Customer Support team.

  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams within the Support Center

  • Drive local and global projects and programs to improve processes and training across CS teams

  • Work with business unit stakeholders to support results through communication and project management skills

  • Responsible for module/s of a project or for small to medium project/s Impact is within a significant scope project or part of a function or process.

  • Identifies areas of risk/opportunities and influences and implements continuous improvements.

  • Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project/program(s) Provides over-arching results, recommendations, and documentation.

  • Develops recommendations and implements solutions to project/program challenges.

  • May facilitate partner alignment and maintain partner relationships
