The Centre of Excellence (COE) team provides operations support and Change Management for Business to Business (B2B) and other Middleware Technology Integrations solutions at Dell. This role will provide support to that change management process across various Dell business segments which is using these middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operations support and Change Management for Business to Business (B2B) and Middleware Enterprise solutions at Dell.

  • Provide support to Incident Management processes and its life cycle until Service Availability of the systems are resumed.

  • Resolve issue that is logged through Helpdesk and ensure resolution meets the SLA.

  • Provide support on 24X7 shift, on-call, on-site and rotational shifts.

  • Work closely with users for timely fix or enhancements and manage product quality with proper tracking.

  • Responsible in planning, performance tuning of systems, documenting best practices, analyzing and fixing recurring issues in systems.

  • Communicates with all stakeholders (customers, development teams, end users, etc.) to address system issues.

Essential Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field with 6-8 years of experience in applications support and/or development

  • Experienced in technology such as Oracle Weblogic, SOA/OSB,

  • Experience working under platforms, Linux,IBM MQ and Java

  • Knowledge of EDI, A2A, B2B, EAI, XML, web services and IT Infrastructure

  • Ability to work in a team environment and as an individual contributor

  • Hands-on experience in trouble shooting complex issues in the above technology space and manage Service Requests (SR's) to resolution effectively.

  • Experience working in a globally distributed IT and Business teams.
