Job Title: Consultant, Project/Program Management – IT (I9), Hyderabad

North Star Program Management Consultant:

Join the North Star Program Management team and help fuel the transformation of Dell Technologies. Our team provides a critical strategic bridge between IT and the business ensuring that programs are optimised with max capability value and business enablement coordination. Our team plays a key role in providing an E2E view of managing all IT interlocks and connecting the dots holistically to support transformation programs.

About Business Unit:

Dell's Digital Enterprise Services organisation, Product Master Data Management, Content & Search (PCS) team is hiring a Technical Project Manager - to deliver on initiatives for our global cross segment customers. Responsibilities will include coordinating functional team activities, daily stand ups, managing requirements and providing technical and process guidance. PCS IT team is an essential part of the Dell Commerce Platform team - building solutions that allows our customers to deliver on Dell's current and transformational initiatives. You will play a defining role in the continuing evolution of Dell’s Product Master Data Management, Content & Search transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage macro backlog of work for key transformation programs

  • Program Management of IT interlocks, dependencies, and business alignment

  • Leading core teams

  • Running war room calls

  • Leading teams cross functionally

  • Running workshops

  • Problem Solving

  • Executive Updates

  • Status Updates/Tracking and Reporting

  • Ensuring programs stay on track and successful

Essential Requirements:

  • Strategic thought leaders

  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments

  • IT background in product and program management

  • Experience working with business teams

  • Ability to solve problems

  • Self-starter

  • Command Skills

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; work with minimal supervision while delivering on action items in a timely fashion

  • PPT Skills to create updates and exec communications

Desirable Requirements:

Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles

SCRUM Master certification a plus

Experience with MS SQL preferred
