What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Product Specialist, you will be responsible for partner’s ability to execute the complete sales cycle autonomously across the ISG (Datacenter Solutions : Storage/ Server/ Data Protection & Networking etc.,) portfolio. Technical emphasis is on hardware capabilities, software requirements and systems integrations. Provides technical development in support of pre-sales activities in the assigned market. Where required actively assists partners with configuring, sizing and quoting requests, while enabling the partner on self-serve tools to minimize high touch activities. Primarily leverages remote / virtual interaction tools & methods.
Partner/Distributor RTS : Foster strong relationships and lead Partner Enablement on products & solutions + tools & processes to drive partner autonomy
Sales Enablement : Enable sales teams on ISG Portfolio + tools
Opportunity Support : Engage with Partners on strategic/complex opportunities and support them with POC/Quoting & solution validation (day to day) to ensure solution integrity & build Partner Preference
Collaboration : Collaborate with the field/on site resources to maximize activity efficiency and optimize Partner experience
Drive Velocity : Execute delegated tasks to drive Line of Business momentum in the market

An in-depth understanding of Dell Technologies ISG Portfolio
Experience in a technical pre-sales role with Bachelors degree
Should have the ability to have end to end solution conversations with Partners & deliver enablement sessions for them
Strong relationship building ability with Peers and Partners
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, and solid customer relationship skills
