Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview:

Consistently participates in design and delivery of various program and project reports; Interfaces with a range of internal and external sources to gather information and prepare reports; Assists with driving process improvement programs cross- functionally; Utilizes various software applications to compile and prepare standard, complex and/or ad-hoc reports; May conduct analysis to ensure quality; Generates reports and recommendations based upon analysis and presents data to leadership; Liaison with other departments, customers and third parties to obtain information for analysis

Role Responsibilities

  • Retail Readiness & POR Analyst will be responsible for creating & distributing the daily readiness exec summary for the CSB retail readiness team.

  • To update and manage the UPC mailbox in North America, update and maintain the build to stock spreadsheet that provides the merge facility with config specific shipping requirements.

  • To ensure data accuracy in domino descriptions prior to import in the POR, create copy PRNs, import FHCs, create needed components within the POR tool, and clean up inactive/obsolete data within the retail POR.

  • To perform FGA & order code quality reviews and approvals.

  • Track, manage & action EOL order codes to ensure clean retail data.

  • Track, analyze & report ECO & LPT data on a weekly basis.

  • Must be able to identify issues and escalate appropriately to ensure the right level of attention is given to challenges.

  • This role may work with a variety of teams and individuals in order to understand the business needs and translate that to processes, reporting, and analysis.

  • The individual selected must be able to meet expected deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet individual and business goals.

  • Create & Distribute daily Readiness Exec Summary (Macro needs to be fixed)

  • Update & Distribute the Build to Stock File

  • Distribute & manage the UPC file

  • Run the POD/PAL report daily to support config updates

  • Higher scrutinize domino descriptions – mod level and entry level descriptions and look for typos, required description updates, etc

  • POR: Create copy PRNs, FHC imports, create POR components & clean up inactive PRNs, platforms & components

  • FGA quality reviews & approvals; pilot requests

  • Order Code: Quality checks; track & manage EOL order code emails & actions

  • Report automation

  • ECO tracking

  • LPT reporting

Requirements:

  • Financial and analytical experience.

  • Strong Excel & computer skills

  • Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions

  • Strong organizational skills; strong customer service skills;

  • Strong communication skills. Attention to detail is critical.
