Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retention/development responsible for maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing Dell customers.

  • Acquisition focuses on identifying, targeting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with a focus on DFS upsells.

  • Queue/transactional focuses on fielding in-bound sales calls and efficiently completing/closing the sale using DFS; all must efficiently utilize Dell tools and work closely with the necessary resources to meet sales objectives.

  • Individual contributor responsible for ensuring Dell's DFS options are sold to specified customer segments who buy Systems or E&A products (via telephone, web, or e-mail).

  • Effectively supports the inside sales team and resources on assigned responsibilities.

  • Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.

  • Interacts with cross-functional groups (e.g., Consumer, SMB, EPP, E&A, Online, Chat) to solve business and customer issues.

  • Attracts, develops, and retains high-performing sales talent.

  • Serves as a role model for inside sales personnel and acts as a second level support resource for all customer escalations within the team. Provides administrative and execution support to the Team manager.

Essential Requirements

  • Telephone etiquette skills and ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution Complex problem solving skills

  • Sales Knowledge and Financial acumen; 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in DFS domain

  • Should have at least 1 year Sales Experience

  • Should have excellent communication skills in English

  • Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
