Key Responsibilities

Influence support functions such as product management, pricing, planning, supply & demand in order to optimize our business performance. Influence and execute the quarterly campaign roadmap with the relevant offers. Ensure full alignment between our promotional activities and marketing investments Provides direction and guidance for the business and multiple departments within a function or work area. Translates business plans into objectives for a department or work area. Initiates new or revised procedures, programs, and initiatives whilst aligning operational plan with functional strategy and approach.

You will:

  • Develops new techniques to support innovative solutions utilizing competitive market and industry knowledge in determining tactics and operations decisions

  • Drive the top and bottom line to hit the financial quarterly and yearly targets

  • Develop and champion a product assortment vision and strategy in line with the consumer and commercial product road maps

  • Work closely with the stakeholders to tailor the promotions and product offers to the Customer needs

  • Define the supply chain strategy for consumer products in order to optimize the customer experience and Dell logistics costs while minimizing inventory risks

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience in relevant background

  • Must work cross multi area in a collaborative matter with peers and leadership

  • Advanced time management and prioritization skills

  • Establishes working relationships with others outside area of expertise

  • Independently determines approach to managing business and daily operations

  • Assumes responsibility for sales objectives

  • Structures and implements changes within the context of established strategy
