What you’ll achieve
As aSales Ops Advisor, Business Enablement & Support, you willdrivekey sales strategic initiatives while identifying and evaluating sales growth opportunities. This is a key role that will influence salesbehaviourand capabilities.
Youwillresponsibleforsupporting our North American Consumer Directbusiness, includingbuild positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers,sales teamsand our Order Experience teams.
Review and definepriorities to improvesalesexperience
Develop, design, and monitor operationalsales tools, tasks andprograms
Use sales measurement modelsand diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales forceneeds
Drive businessprocess improvementefforts taking multi-yearview
Evaluate and recommend strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness trackingmethods
Coordinate communication and disseminate polished and highly relevant information to salesforce
Collaborate tounderstandand improve process relatedtoescalations/customerfor high valuecustomers
Liaise between the customer and the sales organization

5 to 8 years of proven experience insalesoperations
Ability to communicate strategic priorities and build consensus across internalteams
Capacity to prioritize and handle workloadsforcritical project timelines in a fast-pacedenvironment
Ability to develop innovative approaches to complexproblems
Experience working towards settimelines
Solid knowledge aboutallsales tools and sales communicationprocess and engagement
Desir able Requirements:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies
