Sales Productivity Leader/Rep

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Productivity Leader is responsible for building strong internal customer relationships and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers. You will:

  • Assist, support and add velocity to the North America Enterprise Sales team force helping execute the Sales play and initiatives as driven by Corporate.

  • A bridge between data and Enterprise, use expertise to evaluate, analyze and interpret data to sales programs and processes.

  • Support the planning and prioritization of the Sales team by consistently applying data analytics.

  • To add velocity to the Sales force to ensure efficiency in their roles, gather, analyze and interpret data around sales trends in accounts in order to facilitate activity and form territory plans.

  • First line customers include AE and DM. Interpretation of initiatives, categories of products, addressing questions and issues

  • Supporting a front line sales organization within the technology industry.

  • Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly review and business intelligence analysis

  • Gain solid understanding about key financial and business metrics

  • Develop business review cadence, templates and metrics to support business growth

  • Analyze comprehensive data set to explain business trend, identify issues, present solutions and get aligned with executives.

  • Plan, manage and track project progress and able to deliver high quality deliverables against targeted timeline.

Essential Requirements

  • 5-8 years’ experience

  • Analytical skillset & solid understanding of tools available to source and interpret data

  • Data and results driven & problem solving skilled

  • Advanced presentation skills

  • Advanced organizing, planning, and analytical skillset

  • Demonstrated ability to lead issue resolution with cross functional teams

  • Sales data analytics experience preferred

  • Detail oriented, sense of urgency, ability to multi task & excellent time management skills

  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point required.

  • Experience producing analytic and trending packages for management

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Background in Sales, Inside Sales or Business Operations, Sales productivity, sales force.
