Seeking an experienced & highly motivated Senior Sales Director to drive our sales strategies and promotion campaigns directly to end-users of Dells products & services in the South West region of the US.
This role will be responsible for leading a large team of individual contributors, District managers and their supporting staff.
Some of the KSA’s aligned to this opportunity:
Will establish sales through management of sales teams & corporate program initiatives
Attain & grow regional team revenue and margin targets
True leadership, ensuring our brand values are maintained. Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members
Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
Establishing strategic objectives based on executive direction
Expert understanding of customer/industry climate, and ability to partner with their goals
High level of solutions and technical knowledge of our product/portfolio offerings
Directly manages director level reports
Develops strategic objectives for the direct sales organization
Develops strategic account management and pipeline across the organization
Designs programs to improve team’s business acumen and customer knowledge
Develops and trains account Directors
May directly manage complex or strategically important accounts and/or account teams
Develops strategy based on executive leadership direction
