Our Inside Sales Account Manager is an ambassador for Dell Financial Services (DFS) with the Dell Technologies sales organization & customers. This person will educate Dell sales team about available payment solutions portfolio, including Technology Rotation, PC as a Service, Leases, Loans, APEX (where applicable). The specialist will act as an enabler to Dell customers and partners to procure Dell products and solutions for their business via a range of payment solutions.

What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary insides sales demand generalist and provide support to the field sales leader with all sales internal resources, in both strategy and executions. Interacting regularly with the inside and outside sales teams, both Dell’s and business partners. Responding to customer and partner inquiries & communicating DFS value proposition at every opportunity.
Advise Dell customers and business partners, as well as Dell's internal and external sales staff on payment solutions
Acquire new customers and partners & attain semi-annual quota as set out by Regional Sales Director
Obtaining credit approvals and drawing up the most appropriate payment solutions for Dell customers through a close engagement with DFS referral funding partners – maintain referral funding partner relationships
Attend Dell Sales weekly team meetings / forecast calls to collaborate closely with Dell account teams. Regularly maintain, document, and update projects in Salesforce.com
Delivers regular training and education of DFS payment solutions portfolio to Dell inside and outside sales team
Work closely with sales enablement and other functions to drive process improvements and correct reporting

2 to 5 years of experience in a relationship selling role. Effective communication and presentation skills, along with strong influencing & negotiation skills
Strong drive for results. Confident around executive and senior management
Capacity to leverage cross-functional resources to achieve customer results
Possesses strong Analytical & Financial Acumen and knowledge of the IT industry
Good knowledge of the full range of DFS payment solutions and the ability to identify how these align to customer needs
